Ryan – this is my suggestion for a turntable and platform. This is the same platform sold here
This new table is called PLATFORM 1.5 – it is 1.5×1.5m. The turntable which ive offered a discount is called WALRUS 130 – it has a 130KG weight limit and a 50cm disc
The Walrus 130 comes with the Walrus control – it includes a 2m long 2.5mm headphone jack remote lead to connect your sony camera. And a Molex cat6e network cable 5m long to connect to the turntable.
You can see the super robust simple design and large gear – this is an older video with our old remote. The movement is smooth and quiet
to increase the size of the 50cm disc on the walrus 130 we will add the 80cm leaf disc – if you did want to travel with it – the leaf disc folds down to a 40cm box. The disc also comes with 4 leaf joiners to make the disc solid in construction – it all bolts together with stainless steel bolts and nuts. we provide lock nuts and normal nuts for quick assembly.
the platform sits on 44 of our adjustable legs – these can easily be adjusted from above to level the platform to create a seemless transition between the disc and the background.
The above photo is the solution we can provide – the fully adjustable PLATFORM 1.5 + the 80cm LEAF DISC + WALRUS 130 turntable + WALRUS Control and all cables and power supplies for the US.
